99 Year Lease
Skyline is the only hotel in North Cyprus offering European style 99-year renewable leases on all our rooms. There is no ground rent to pay and the only yearly cost is a small charge, which covers the daily cleaning of your room, changing your linen and use of all the facilities in throughout hotel.
The 99-year lease is renewable at no cost whatsoever to the owner.
The 99-year lease can be sold on, transferred or gifted to anyone you wish. Once your room is ready for occupation, you will then be offered to choose from Option A, B or C.

Sale & Lease back (10 years rent guarantee)
If you are looking for a guaranteed return, we will offer to leaseback your room for a 10 year period and provide you with a 10% guaranteed return per annum. In this way the purchase price of your room is repaid in just 10 years.
We give you an option whereby we buy back your property at 110% of the purchase price at the end of the 10 years. This option can be renewed at the end of the 10 years for a further 10 years.
Further every year we give you and your family free accommodation at Skyline at a similar unit that you purchased for a minimum of four weeks during summer and four weeks during winter.
50/50 Profit sharing of the casino
Another option when buying your room is to enter into a Casino profit share agreement with us. When you have bought your room you can invite clients to visit your room as a hotel guest (we can also assist you with this). When your guest or client stays in your room whilst visiting the Casino at Skyline we will give you a 50% share of any profit the Casino makes from your client or visitor during their stay. If you wish to go one stage further and turn this investment into a business and buy multiple rooms, we have VIP Casino rooms that we can make available to your clients and guests to make your investment a more VIP affair.
